Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Shipping Costs

Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are processed at our warehouse within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days after processing.

• Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.

Insured Shipments

All Movira shipments are fully insured. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Order Tracking

• After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

• You can also track your order anytime at moviraworld.com by entering your tracking number on our tracking portal.

Missing or Damaged Items

If any items are missing from your order or arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at office@moviraworld.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
